The hotel is close to the metro station. it's only a couple of stops to the city center. breakfast had many options. I found plenty to eat. my room was clean, and the wi-fi worked quickly.

the room was quite small! it felt a bit cramped with my luggage.

i found the breakfast delicious, a wonderful start to each day. free coffee and candies in the lobby were a nice touch. staff were helpful and kind, they enhanced our experience. the hotel's location was very convenient, offering easy access to nearby attractions.

My room was right next to the breakfast buffet. I mean literally right next to it. There was a door next to the buffet table, and that was my room. As a result, mornings weren't peaceful at all. I could hear everything.

malfunctioning sounddirty floors

The room i was initially assigned had a tv with malfunctioning sound. i reported this issue four months prior, and it remained unresolved. furthermore, the floors throughout the rooms require a thorough cleaning. Sweeping alone is insufficient as evidenced by a napkin turning black after wiping a spill. i was moved to another room. it was smaller, requiring me to maneuver over my suitcase to access the bathroom and the mirror displayed numerous black spots indicating it needed replacement.

Surprising Comfort and Great Service

The breakfast had fantastic variety. The staff was very kind and helpful with directions. The location was great for seeing things downtown. I liked the better than expected atmosphere also.

The room was a little small, I was not prepared for that.

The location provides easy access to buses and trains. It makes getting to the city center fast. The central station is about 2 km from the hotel. Gamla Stan is about 10 minutes by foot.

A really good breakfast was included. There was coffee available at all hours, which I found important. The food choice was solid each morning. The breakfast area was small but efficient.
